ANNOUNCEMENT AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids from General Contractors will be received by the Versailles Exempted Village Schools (the “District”), Attn: Scott Broerman, Athletic Director, Versailles Exempted Village School District at 280 Marker Road, Versailles Ohio 45380 until 1:00 PM local time, October 9, 2019 for the Project known as the “Versailles High School Track Renovation Project” with an estimated budget of $90,000.00, and will be opened and read aloud thereafter. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on September 26th, 2019 at 8:30 AM at Versailles Track Complex. Bidding documents may be obtained from the District’s Main Office or via the District’s website provided below. All questions shall be submitted via email to Scott Broerman at firstname.lastname@example.org. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in accordance with O.R.C. Section 153.54 and in the forms proscribed in O.R.C. Sections 153.57 and 153.571. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid received and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of the bids. Any bid received after the above referenced time and date will be returned to the submitter unopened. This Notice to Bidders and bidding documents are also posted on the District’s website in accordance with O.R.C. Section 3313.46(A)(2) at http://www.versailles.k12.oh.us/district/boardofeducation and can be accessed by selecting the link labeled “Notice to Bidders”. Proposals must be identified on the outside of the envelope by the following: “REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - VERSAILLES HIGH SCHOOL TRACK RENOVATION PROJECT”.

Versailles Athletic Department (7-12) will again use the online forms procedure for all students planning to participate in athletics in the 2019 - 2020 school year. The Athletic Forms consist of Assumption of Risk, Athlete-Parent Contract (Fall, Winter, Spring), Athletic Trainer - Medical Treatment Consent, Information Release Authorization, Ohio Department of Health Concussion Information Sheet, Protecting Health Information, Versailles Team Physicians - Medical Treatment Consent and Required Doctors Note Acknowledgment.

2019-2020 STUDENT/ATHLETIC PASS FORM
The Versailles Athletic Department will be offering Student Athletic Passes for the 2019-2020 School Year.
These passes can be purchased at the Board of Education and the High School Office during normal working hours. These will not be mailed out to individuals. They must pick up in person. Checks made payable to the Versailles Athletic Department.
Passes will go on sale May 18th in the high school office and will continue to be on sale during normal school hours through May 31st. The Student Athletic Passes will be available at the Board Office from June 1st to the start of the school year.
