Academic Team: This is a team formed for those students who are interested in academic subjects on a competitive level. The team must meet eligibility requirements set by the high school administration. The teams competes in areas such as American Literature, Mathematics, World History, Fine Arts, Biological Science, World Geography, American Government, Physical Science, Current Events, and American History.
Art Club: This extracurricular club consists of students that are enrolled in an art class either first semester or second semester. For this club, members screen print their own club shirts and attend monthly meetings. During the meetings members create art inspired projects such as pumpkin carving and canvas painting.
Class Organizations: The various classes are organized into regular class organizations with officers. At the end of the year, each class elects a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Drama Club: This group performs stage shows for the public.
Encore! Show Choir: This group sings and dances and always performs an entertaining show for the public and school.
FFA: This is an intra-curricular youth organization for students enrolled in agriculture education. The FFA mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success. The FFA organization represents a large diversity of over 300 careers in the food, fiber, environmental, and natural resources. FFA members will be involved in various student, chapter, and community activities at the local level with opportunties for involvement at the District, State, and National level of the FFA organization.
French Club: This is a club for students currently in or have completed three years of French who wish to further their knowledge in French and French-speaking countries.
Future Teachers of America (FTA): This club is for students who desire an exploratory view of teaching. Students are placed in classrooms by the advisor after reviewing both the applications of cooperating teachers and FTA members.
Interact: This organization is for students who want to participate in community service activities. It is the high school branch of Rotary.
National Honor Society (NHS): Juniors and seniors who have a 3.25 grade point average or better are eligible to become a member of NHS. Students wishing to become a member must complete an informational sheet from the advisor.
Peers Assisting with Life Skills (PALS): This club is for students interested in assisting other students enrolled in the resource room life skills classes.
Spanish Club: This is a club for students currently in or have complete three years of Spanish who wish to further their knowledge in Spanish and Spanish-speaking countries.
Student Council: This is an elected and representative government with offices open to all students. There are six members from each grade for high school and two per grade for junior high. They are in charge of organizing Homecoming and other various activities around the school.
Varsity V: All athletes earning a varsity letter in inter-scholastic sports are eligible for membership in this service club.
Versailles News Network (VNN): This club is for students enrolled in Multi-Media. They will produce various videos and still picture projects.
