On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, the Versailles Board of Education approved a resolution approving a detailed estimate of Installation of a Distributed Antenna System that is compliant with all Ohio Fire Codes for the Versailles K-12 School Building at 280 Marker Road, Versailles, Ohio, whereas, the Versailles Exempted Village Board of Education is in the process of renovating the existing school; and whereas, the School District has the code requirements (www.versailles.k12.oh.us, District, Project Opportunity) to facilitate the bidding and awarding of the bid package (hereinafter called the “Bid Package”), related to the Project as authorized under Section 3313.46, O.R.C., taking into consideration factors including, but not limited to, time of performance, availability of labor, and overlapping trade jurisdictions.
