Interesting in a regular, part time job with the school district?

Become a school van driver!

We anticipate two van routes, one being approximately 3 hours per day, and one being approximately 4 hours per day (total of the AM and the PM trips).

If you have any interest, please contact Transportation Supervisor, Kyle Kunk at kyle.kunk@vtigers.org or (937) 526-4773 EXT 6015. Being a van driver has a MUCH lower training requirement than a bus.

You absolutely can do this!

Good afternoon, this is Superintendent Dave Harmon with a final reminder about Final Forms.

As of Monday afternoon, about 480 student accounts still need all forms completed in Final Forms. A large portion of those are the Transportation forms.

This is a final reminder that the transportation tab will be removed from Final Forms on Friday, 7/18/25.

Please ensure that you have the transportation form updated and submitted before that date. If that doesn't happen, we risk disruptions to transportation services to homes that have not completed the forms.

We need these forms filled out even if you and your family do not take district-provided transportation. This is critically important for us to be able to properly design bus routes to ensure there are seats available where necessary.

Thank you for your help in getting this done. Have a great afternoon.

Finalize Transportation Forms in FinalForms
The Athletic Department is working with VPP on a project for the football field house. We are in need of high quality images from the 1990, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1998, and 2003 state championship football teams. If there are also any coaching staff pictures from those years, those would be helpful as well. Email scott.broerman@vtigers.org to arrange drop off. We will return the pictures after the project is completed.

Update Transportation Forms
Happy Fourth of July
Good Monday Morning Tigers. This is Superintendent Dave Harmon with a message that serves two purposes. First, we are in the process of transitioning from our previous "all-call" system to a new one that is built right into the Versailles app and website portal. It isn't a huge amount of money, but this is a savings to the district both in dollars and in efficiency by streamlining processes. So the first part of this message is simply a test of the new "all-call" system. Secondly, while I am communicating with you, I feel compelled to share with you something that the district did not seek out, but we expect to be impacted by. It is very likely that in the biennial budget, which will be approved and signed by the Governor in about 10 days or so, all Ohio schools will be forced to adopt a Board of Education Policy completely banning cell phones from school. Our Board, upon my recommendation based upon my belief in Local Control and the Board leadership that you have elected to represent the best interests of our specific school system, previously had adopted a policy that left it up to the administration and individual teachers to allow or not allow cell phones on a case by case, teacher by teacher, and classroom by classroom basis. I share this information because I wanted you to be aware of it. We will comply with the requirement to adopt such a policy if it is, in fact, included in the budget as expected. I wanted to give you as much of a head's up as possible to talk with your students about this expected change.

Good evening, This is Superintendent Dave Harmon with an important message regarding student enrollment in their next grade level. We hope you've had a wonderful first week away from school and are already making great summer memories! This message is for all Versailles parents/guardians. Final Forms has officially rolled over into the 2025-2026 school year. You may begin updating and signing off on all forms starting tomorrow, Friday, June 6, 2025. It is incredibly helpful and important to us in our work over the summer months. It is critically important for bus routing plans. Specifically, transportation forms MUST be updated by July 18th at the latest. Additionally, the Transportation forms must be completed for every single K-12 student, regardless of whether you utilize district-provided transportation. We suggest that you use a desktop computer rather than a phone or tablet for the sake of readability and compatibility as you update and complete any forms. Anyone who submits a change of address in Final Forms must follow up with new proof of residency at the new address that they entered. The newly updated Student Handbook and the updated Chromebook agreement are in the Final Forms portal. Please read them carefully for any new and updated rules, procedures, and policies. If you have any questions, please contact the Board office at 937-526-4773. Thank you very much. Have a wonderful evening! Go Tigers!
